MaCGDI have taken anisiatif create Working Group State to help launch MyGDI's development in states.

SCOPE OF DUTIES IN WORKING GROUP STATE 

KPP(Rep):

  • Monitoring of implementation and MyGDI operation and G4E State 
  • Drafting Implementation Plan / Master Plan State 2005 and RMKe9 
  • Identify new data requirement in state (state focus)
  • Identify and solve problems in state with working group state
  • Ensure MyGDI maintenance works and G4E State implemented 
  • Ensure works backup and updating data from clearinghouse state to data center implemented
  • State data management : data sediada, new data, conversion, data check, updating 
  • Ensure centralization (compilation) data from various agencies in state
  • Ensure data validity and integrity State
  • Identify and resolve data problem in state
  • Leading working group MyGDI State
  • JK Member MyGDI Tech State
  • JK Member MyGDI Coordinator State 
     

PP(Sistem):

  • Ensure hardware, software and network in state clearinghouse and all along agencies can be used.
  • Maintain MyGDI application and G4E in state
  • Make sure backup system, application and data according to time that is set.
  • Upload data from agency to state clearinghouse and from clearinghouse to data center
  • Inform to KPP(Opr) any problems or related matters system, hardware and software yg necessitates action

PP(PFD):

  • Identify data should have (data compilation)in SGDS (State Geospatial Centre's Data)
  • Ensure data management implemented - loading new data, updates data
  • Check data to ensure data validity and integrity 
  • Helps in data works conversion and publishing be provided
  • Member working group MyGDI State
  • MaCGDI Secretariat in JK Meeting MyGDI Tech State
  • Conduct research and planning to identify theme and dataset framework for state with KPP(Data)  
  • Development and implementation framework MyGDI data state
  • Data Custodian MyGDI determination in states and agency 
  • Data updating in states and agency
  • Updates data and metadata agency in states and agency 
  • Ensure data quality
  • Provision catalog MyGDI
  • Publish data in MyGDI Server
