MyLIIS is a system which provides information on land registration, property assessment and evaluation. The data is provided by the Land and Mines Department, Department of Valuation and Property Services WPKL and Department of Valuation and Property Services, City Hall. The data is linked with the Final Title cadastral lot from JUPEM. Users can view the cadastral lot and the information regarding a particular lot number searched for.
Currently the data that is being published in MyLIIS is from the year 2002. MaCGDI is facing extracting the data from the PTG server to our MYGDI server in PTG. We are trying to solve the problem and hopefully by November we can get the latest data published.
E-Commerce modul had been implemented for this system as well. The price for the information is per view and users can print the cadastral map of the particular lot. The price of data hasn't been finalized by the data providing agencies.
MaCGDI has been obligated to develop National Geospatial Data Center (NGDC) – directive from Malaysian Administration Modernaisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU). The central focus in NGDC is the development of a portal to support access and encourage greater collabration and coordination in the use of geospatial data across all levels of government. NGDC will further builds to speed-up data explorer function, thus enhancing the facilities that have been established for MyGDI.

Surat Pekeliling Am Bil 8 Tahun 1990 ini adalah satu pekeliling yang diedarkan oleh Jabatan PerdanaMenteri yang bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada Ketua-Ketua Jabatan Persekutuan dan Negeri danBadan-Badan Berkanun kepada Arahan Keselamatan, Kawalan serta Penyenggaraan Maklumat Ukur danGeografi Yang Antara lainnya Merangkumi Peta-Peta Rasmi dan Citraan Penderian Jauh. Pekeliling iniditandatangani oleh KSU negara pada masa itu iaitu Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Ahmad Sarji bin Abdul Hamid pada30 Nov 1990. Pekeliling ini adalah tambahan kepada Arahan Keselamatan dan dikeluarkan dengan tujuanuntuk mengadakan sekatan keselamatan terhadap maklumat ukur dan geografi terkelas yang melibatkanpertahanan dan keselamatan negara. Arahan ini juga adalah satu-satunya arahan yang menerangkan dengan jelas tatacara dan prosedur yang perludipatuhi dalam pengendalian data geospatial.
